PHI Flanging Machine -- Models M343 and M369

The M343 and M369 flanging machines cold-form pipe ends to a 90-degree flange. The machines are simple in design and easy to operate. Skilled labor is not needed to operate the machine or to bolt the flanges together when joining pipe sections. Eliminating the need for skilled labor in joining pipe sections will help you keep your production costs down.

Features of the PHI Flanging Machine Models M343 and M369

With both the M343 and M369, complete tooling change can be performed in rapid fashion. Once the pipe is in place, the flange is formed very quickly. The whole operation -- installing the tooling (if required), inserting the pipe, forming the flange and removing the pipe -- requires a maximum of five minutes. This compares favorably to the approximately 45 minutes required to weld a flange onto the pipe.
